Andrey Medvedev, Director of the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics SB RAS and Corresponding Member of RAS, spoke at the meeting of the Presidium of the Irkutsk Division, Siberian Branch of RAS. He outlined the progress of the National Heliogeophysical Complex of RAS project and presented a construction plan for NHC facilities in Akademgorodok, Irkutsk.
