For several months, construction has been underwaynext to the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics: a perimeter fence is in place, and excavation work is ongoing. A correspondent from irk.aif.ru visited the construction site to find out what will be housed within the massive structure that is now in its early stages of construction.
