Scientists from the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics SB RAS invited colleagues from V.E. Zuev Institute of Atmospheric Optics SB RAS (Tomsk) to conduct atmospheric transparency measurements at the Geophysical Observatory. According to Alexander Beletsky, Head of the Laboratory of Atmospheric Physics at ISTP SB RAS, data collected by the Tomsk team will be used for verification purposes. The method for atmospheric transparency measurements using an all-sky camera was originally developed by researchers at ISTP SB RAS.
